A few useful details
MuscleCloud is a gym tracker for logging routines, sets, reps, weights, and completed workouts. Connect your own AI assistant to review training history, explore the exercise catalogue, and create or update routines.
No. You can log workouts, follow routines, and track training days without connecting an assistant. AI access is optional.
Your assistant needs MCP (Model Context Protocol) support or the ability to make authenticated HTTP requests. Availability depends on the assistant and its settings. MuscleCloud provides the connection instructions; an AI subscription is not included.
Yes. Connected assistants can create and update routines, with their nickname shown on the routine. MuscleCloud instructs them to ask your permission first; this is guidance to the assistant, not a separate approval step enforced by the app. You can revoke a connection anytime.
No. MuscleCloud is a training log your AI can use, not a coaching service. Your assistant can help you explore your training, but it cannot check your form or replace a qualified trainer or clinician.
Room for your next chapter
You don’t need a perfect plan to keep a useful record.
